Sharing the story – from the French Alps
Locked down in the Alps; there are certainly worse places to be confined, looking out of the window across the valley at the wide mountain views with the sound of chickens coming in through my open front door. It feels like an exceptional place to be. These mountains are not going anywhere!
Macron acted decisively with strict confinement measures from Tuesday afternoon and France is showing a united front in its desire to curb the spread of the virus. From now on we need a signed paper to go out, this might seem tough but it does make you think about whether your trip is really necessary. Even by staying in we are making a positive contribution!
